Timothy Sparling is a strong legislative advocate willing to fight for your cause. Timothy Sparling’s legislative work began with his work as Vice-Chair and Finance Director on the board of legislative district 26. There, he engaged with legislators and party officials on a recurring basis. Then, he began work as a Strategy Officer and Interim Finance Director for the Will Knight 2020 campaign. His advocacy work began with his involvement with the Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice. There, he fought for criminal justice reform and smart policy in the State Capitol. He has worked directly on issues regarding police civilian review boards, death penalty exoneration processes, public disclosure of police bodycam footage, and drug policy reform. He also serves on the Death Penalty Subcommittee of Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice and has received media attention for his legislative work from the Arizona Central and ABC15.
When not fighting for issues at our State Capitol, Timothy dedicates his time to business planning and development. He is also an avid reader and video game player and enjoys spending time with loved ones.
Craig Rosenstein is a founder and partner with Stone Rose Public Affairs. Craig has worked as an advocate for many years in areas including veteran’s affairs, transportation, medicine, marijuana, criminal justice, business, and others. Craig has worked on many high-profile projects in Arizona, including recently being consulted on the Smart and Safe Arizona Act—the marijuana de-criminalization ballot initiative of 2020. Given his legal acumen, expertise, and years of experience, he has advised interest groups, executive government agencies, members of the Arizona Supreme Court, law enforcement agencies, prosecutors and others on law and public policy.
Craig received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Arizona in 2002. He then graduated from Arizona State University College of Law in 2006. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona, New Mexico as well as in the U.S. Federal District Court in Arizona.
Craig is a pillar of his community and a successful entrepreneur. Throughout his years as a community and business leader, Craig has served on the board of many not-for-profit organizations. Notably, Craig co-founded a legislative advocacy group that is currently Arizona’s leading advocacy alliance of criminal defense attorneys. His seasoned experience in consulting and advocacy on diverse topics, paired with his vast network of connections to Arizona’s top leaders, makes Craig a highly desirable advocate for businesses organizations looking to thrive in Arizona’s political climate.

Steven graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona, earning a bachelor’s degree in political science, emphasizing law and public policy. He then earned his Juris Doctorate degree from ASU Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and is licensed to practice law in Arizona and in the U.S. District Court in the District of Arizona. Steven is also a registered lobbyist with the Secretary of State in the State of Arizona.
Steven plays an active role in his community on all fronts. Currently, he sits as the Chairman for a Village Planning Committee with the City of Phoenix by appointment of the former mayor, Greg Stanton. He also sits on the board of two large not-for-profit organizations here in Arizona. He has had a myriad of victories in his work as an advocate and has been recognized in the media for his advocacy as well as received several awards for his work drafting and ushering proposed bills into law.
